YPBOL -Young Peoples Book on Leisure

Our international youth project called Young People’s Book on Leisure is a concept that was formed by United Games Hungarian Association in the spring of 2013. For this project, the first time in Hungary (10-22 of August 2013) 42 young people (aged 16-30) and second time 36 young people in Italy (28 May- 4 June 2014) from 14 different nations  came together, to spend time working on the idea, framework, and content. The program was supported by European Union Youth in Action funds, Majella National Park, WLO and endorsed by World Leisure Organization, Larasa South Africa, NHTV Leisure Academy, Open Space Italy, University of Pitesti Romania and the University of West Hungary.

 

Young People’s Book on Leisure is a book for young people, about young people, written by young people. Several adult supervisors assisted the young people including: Ellen Broach (University of South Alabama/USA), Yvonne Klerks and Lenia Marques (University of Breda/NL), Carlos Rosa Marchena/ESP)
